Annual Reviews

Patients who have a long term condition will be called at least annually to be reviewed. We arrange these recalls in the month of your birth and combine reviews where possible. Lots of these appointments can now be made online, however if you need multiple reviews it is usually best to call to book so we can save you multiple trips.

Asthma and COPD - our specialist respiratory nurses help to diagnose and monitor patients and they work closely with the doctors to optimise treatment plans for each individual patient. Every patient with asthma or COPD is invited for an annual review so we can monitor your progress and make sure you are on the most up-to-date regime.

Appointments can be made online or by calling 01483 273951 option 1.

Please ensure you complete the relevant questionnaire prior to this appointment. Copies are available at Reception.
