When We Are Closed

When we are closed and you need medical help or advice please call NHS 111.  This will direct you to the most appropriate local service to help you.

Should you need a GP appointment this can be made for you with the Out of Hours service based at Cranleigh Village Hospital. Please ask for this local service.

Currently the appointments are for Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Call 111 if:
  • you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency
  • you think you need to go to A&E or need another NHS urgent care service
  • you don't know who to call or you don't have a GP to call
  • you need health information or reassurance about what to do next
For less urgent health needs, contact your GP or local pharmacist in the usual way (during opening hours).
Sometimes, you may have been given a specific phone number to call about recent tretament or hospital care.  You should continue to use that number as they are best placed to provide specialist advice.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
