Information about restrictions and tiers in your area.
This is to ensure the doctors are able to safely manage prescription requests, and medication reviews. Please allow us enough time to process your request- one week before you are due to run out is our suggestion. We are unable to process requests handed in earlier than one week.
How to request your prescription:
Please note if the medicine you require is not listed on your repeat prescription list, it may take longer to process your request.
Requests handed in after 15:00 will not start being processed until the next working day.
EPS has transformed our process by allowing us to send prescriptions electronically direct to the pharmacy. We would encourage all patients to nominate their preferred pharmacy, which can be near to where you live or work for convenience. This can be done either on the NHS app, at the Pharmacy or by contacting the practice.
Please return to a pharmacy.
